Your Role: Assistant Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
Position Type: Full-time | Ohio LNHA License Required | Leadership with Purpose

As our Assistant Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the operational success of our facility. Under the direction of the Administrator, you will help lead day-to-day operations, ensuring we provide the highest standard of care while promoting a positive, supportive environment for residents and staff alike.

Your Impact
As the Assistant Administrator, you will assist in managing the day-to-day operations, including overseeing compliance with ODH regulations, managing resources, and ensuring that residents receive top-notch care. Your leadership will directly contribute to the success of our team and the quality of care we provide.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leadership & Management: Assist in the oversight of clinical and operational activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering an inclusive and positive atmosphere.
• Quality & Compliance Champion: Help set high standards for care and ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.
• Resident Advocacy: Ensure that residents' rights, dignity, and privacy are upheld in all aspects of care.
• Team Development & Mentorship: Assist in recruiting, training, and supporting facility staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
• Resource Management: Collaborate with leadership to manage operational budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Ideal Qualifications
We are looking for a compassionate, and proactive individual who has a passion for healthcare leadership:

• Active Ohio LNHA License (required)
• 1-2 years of experience in long-term care, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong Communication & Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, guide, and inspire a team
• Empathetic & Solution-Oriented: A leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and makes decisions with both heart and sound judgment

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday with occasional on-call duties
