As a Supervisor, You Will

• Be responsible for supervising staff, organizing, and monitoring work processes, and ensure that customer service is up to par.
• Maintain high level of customer service and maintains a fun, environment for all staff and contributes to a healthy teamwork atmosphere
• Ensure opening and closing duties are being completed and ensure running and weekly duties are being assigned and completed
• Help to develop new processes and procedures and helps to ensure current processes and procedures are being maintained
• Assist with scheduling and filling shifts
• Other duties as assigned
