Position summary:
The Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager provides leadership and assistance to all team members to ensure that everyone is customer-focused, team-focused, and focused on the common goal of overwhelming guests. Must exercise knowledge of restaurant operations, manage staff resources, provide counsel, develop and coach team members and help to build sales and profits while maintaining operating standards. Qualified candidates bring a minimum of 1 year restaurant management experience.
Back of House/Cooks: This position requires knowledge of baking and frying. However training is provided for those entering into food service. Pizza constructionists must be able to hand toss/stretch dough within a timely manor. Those with experience can start out at an elevated rate of pay. We will train those who show initiative in learning to hand toss dough.
Front of House: We are always hiring for personable, friendly and motivated individuals who want to offer outstanding customer service to our patrons. Experienced servers will be offered an elevated rate of pay. For those entering food service, we will provide extended training until performance reaches our standards. Must be 18 years of age to be a server.
