Position Summary

The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in leading daily park operations while ensuring a safe, clean, and high-energy guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on supervising staff, enforcing safety and service standards, and supporting training, scheduling, and overall execution.

What You’ll Do
  • Support daily park operations, including opening/closing and shift execution

  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members on the floor

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for all guests

  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling

  • Address guest concerns quickly and professionally

  • Enforce safety protocols and company standards

  • Support birthday parties, group events, and special activities

  • Assist with inventory oversight and cash-handling procedures

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

  • 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience (hospitality, entertainment, retail, or food service preferred)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Passion for guest service and team development

  • ServSafe certification required

  • Comfortable using POS systems and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to remain on feet for 6–8 hours per shift

  • Ability to walk, climb stairs, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs

  • Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations

  • Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced environment

Schedule

Flexible, hourly position requiring evenings, weekends, and holidays. Consistent weekend availability is expected.
