If you love staying active and are usually smiling, come be part of Slick City. The Assistant Manager helps us create and maintain a showcase park giving the best customer experience. The Assistant Manager will have an opportunity to help growth within the park while managing brand awareness to community members. The Assistant Manager will help to grow the next generation of team members through leadership and mentoring.
Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the facility on specified weekdays and weekends.
Promote a positive and uplifting culture throughout the park.
Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the facility and equipment.
Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and team members alike by adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
Train new team members and supervise current team members to consistently provide exemplary service and achieve operational excellence
Maintains an image of competence and professionalism to guests, team members, and management.
Maintains proper team member/employer relations and addresses any questions promptly, including disciplinary actions, recognition, and performance.
Works under the direct supervision of the GM, who will indicate general assignments, limitations, and priorities.
Work as a team with other management team members
Perform any other services or duties as required by Management.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, some College preferred.
Supervisor level experience
Proven conflict management skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
Ability to work nights and/or weekends
Relates well to customers of all ages
Great attitude and strong work ethic
Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile
Weekend availability
Reliable transportation to and from work
Must be able to work and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
The willingness to learn, be cheerful, with a positive attitude
