- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer service.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and results-driven work environment.
- Manage labor, food costs, and operational expenses to maximize profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.
- Drive guest satisfaction through excellent service, high-quality food, and a clean, welcoming environment.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee hiring, training, and scheduling to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, guests, and the local community.
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service setting.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with P&L management, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- 50-hour workweek with a mix of opening, mid, and closing shifts.
- Annual salary: $55,000 - $65,000, based on experience and qualifications.
