• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure excellent service and food quality.
• Monitor key performance metrics, including labor, food costs, and customer satisfaction.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to maintain operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health codes, and safety regulations.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues to maintain a positive dining experience.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and financial reporting.

• Previous restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Experience with scheduling, cost control, and operational planning.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

• 50-hour workweek with a mix of opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Annual salary: $45,000 - $55,000, based on experience and qualifications.
