Assistant Front Office Manager
The Assistant Front Office Manager is a year-round position that plays a key role in our mission to deliver world-class service and products and a memorable vacation experience to everyone who passes through our doors. This is done by assisting the Front Office Manager in overseeing the department’s day-to-day operations and managing/leading team members through a hands-on leadership approach.
● Assists in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office
● Ensures the guest service standards and policies are practiced within team
● Fosters collaboration between front office and other departments
● Answers questions from guests/owners and team members
● Performs administrative tasks such as answering phones, emails, handling guest/owner inquiries, running reports, etc.
● Supports property in ensuring its information is updated on partner sites
● Helps with social media and in ensuring the property’s website is updated
● Performs all roles within the department as needed
● Supports manager in resolving guest/owners and team member concerns
● Supports manager in performance management of team
● Trains front office team members
● Assisting in other departments and with other duties as needed
