Assistant Executive Housekeeper
A Assistant Executive Housekeeper is responsible for inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas as well as leading and supervising Room, Laundry and House Attendants in support of the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
As a Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House persons on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards
- Assign daily cleaning boards; evenly distribute work amongst the team
- Verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms
- Communicate and coordinate with Engineering/ Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas
- Communicate and coordinate with Front Desk Agents about the status of rooms in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist the Executive Housekeeping Manager with administrative duties as needed, such as scheduling, payroll edits, inventory, ordering, etc.
- Oversee the Lost & Found program
- Perform Room Attendant and/or House-person duties, as needed
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
