MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A PREP MANAGER

As an Assistant Dough and Prep Manager at Marco's Pizza Dickson, your primary responsibility will be to ensure all daily food preparation is conducted in a timely manner in accordance with local, state and federal health codes as well as Marco's Pizza policies and guidelines. Daily food preparation includes dough, which is made fresh in the store several time per week. Your secondary responsibility will be to assist in making food on the line between prep cycles, answering phones, taking orders and otherwise assisting customers and store managers in daily tasks. These daily tasks might include putting away the food truck. 

This position is primarily Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays from 10am - 4pm to 7pm depending on the day and the needs of the store. If you are not available to work these hours every week, please do not apply.
