Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Admissions Coordinator/Community Liasion to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our programs, conducting tours for prospective residents, handling referral inquiries, and overseeing the admissions process. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our reputation as a leading care provider and ensuring a smooth and welcoming admission experience for new residents.
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Outreach: Promote our programs and facilities by preparing and providing information, answering questions, and conducting tours for prospective residents and their families.
Inquiry Management: Handle walk-in and telephone inquiries, invite referral sources to visit the center, and follow up on these inquiries.
Admissions Process: Ensure financial verification is accurate and complete before resident admission. Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends related to admissions.
Market Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the served market areas, resident origins, and major referral sources.
Collaboration: Partner with social services and department heads on room accommodation changes and other related matters.
Customer Satisfaction: Assist the Administrator in contacting families post-admission and discharge to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
Confidentiality: Uphold all standards of confidentiality in handling resident and referral information.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned or required.
