Assembler/Installer - Modular Buildings

Location: Various Locations (Travel Required) 

Schedule: Flexible 

Position Overview: The Assembler/Installer is responsible for the assembly and setup of prefabricated structures at various locations. This role requires traveling and a flexible schedule. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Site Layout: Plan and prepare the installation site based on detailed blueprints. 

  • Blueprint Reading: Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to accurately construct modular buildings. 

  • MEP Hookups: Connect mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to the modular units. 

  • Site Cleanup: Ensure the installation site is clean and free of debris during and after the installation process. 

  • Watertight TPO Welding: Execute thermoplastic polyolefin welding to ensure the modular units are watertight. 

  • Canopy Installation: Set up canopies as required by project specifications. 

  • Modular Unit Installation: Assemble and secure modular units to form complete buildings. 

  • Top Box Installation: Place and secure the top box of the modular building using a crane. 

Qualifications: 

  • Must be teachable, willing to learn, and work well with a team. 

  • Must uphold company core values. 

  • Proficient in TPO welding and ensuring watertight seals. 

  • Skilled in rigging principles and safety when working around cranes and other heavy machinery for modular unit placement. 

  • Knowledge of MEP systems and ability to perform hookups. 

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
