Full Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
RN will evaluate patient’s condition, completing appropriate
clinical documentation under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor or
Director. RN will implement and update Patient Care Plan in conjunction with
patient and family to assist them in achieving optimal resolution of
needs/problems, document, and report to Nursing Supervisor. RN will conduct admissions and assessments in the patient homes. Conduct responses and coordination of care education to the patient and family regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, and in meeting the patient's nursing needs. RN will conduct Supervision of field staff, assist in orientation and Positions available ASAP.
Service Locations: Choose Your Locations willing to travel.
Asheville, Buncombe, Transylvania, Haywood and Madison NC
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Unrestricted NC Registered Nursing License Required
Current CPR certification
TB Test
Salary $60,000-$90,000
Additional Requirements
NC drivers’ license in good standing – Active Car Insurance
Current TB
Current CPR
Must work well independently, enjoy problem solving and understand the importance of accurate documentation.
Experience:
Minimum Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
