Overview: Arte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our hotel’s unique offerings. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market.


Key Responsibilities:


     Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential clients.

     Client Relationship Management: Engage with potential clients via phone, chat, and WhatsApp, as well as with past and current guests and group leads interested in room reservations and special events. Provide comprehensive hotel information, including amenities, offers, and pricing, while actively promoting our services to secure bookings. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

     Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

     Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate rates, contracts, and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive offerings.

     Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities.

     Event Coordination: Work closely with the events team to coordinate and manage group bookings, meetings, and special events at the hotel and restaurant.

     Brand Promotion: Act as an ambassador for the Bentley Hotel South Beach, promoting our brand and unique value propositions at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

     Department assistance: Support any related needs for the hotel marketing and sales department.


Qualifications:


     Education: An Associate’s degree or, preferably, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.

     Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales in the hospitality industry.

     Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

     Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Miami Beach travel market and the specific needs of high-end clientele.

     Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while also being a team player.
