Salary: $39,000–45,000 per year, plus performance bonuses and TAG commissions

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Typically 1:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m. Monday–Friday.  Some Saturdays required

ACS Facility Services is a family-owned business that is dedicated to serving the community by feeding the hungry. We are seeking an experienced and driven area manager to join our team in Hornell, NY. As an area manager, you will be responsible for managing a branch as if it's your own business, without incurring overhead costs. You will oversee customer interactions, prepare quotes, train and develop staff, and follow up on daily operations.

Job Summary:

The Area Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Hornell, NY, branch of ACS Facility Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning professionals to provide outstanding customer service and ensure the branch runs smoothly. The area manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and train a great team

• Develop sensational experiences with our clients

• Identify, recruit, and train great people

• Maintain and deliver supplies and equipment

• Conduct orientation and training, counsel and discipline subordinates, and enforce account/District dress code

• Administer ACS personnel policies according to the ACS personnel policy manual

• Other duties, as required

Requirements:

• A clear driving record

• Pass background checks and drug screening

• Strong people skills and the ability to manage operational processes

• Previous experience in a leadership or management role

• Ability to work occasional Saturdays and respond to 24-hour on-call responsibilities
