Apparel Production Manager (In-Office)

📍 Torrance, CA | Full-Time

We are apparel brand building premium product with strong retail momentum. We’re looking for an in-office Apparel Production Manager who can own day-to-day production, keep timelines tight, protect quality, and help scale our operation the right way.

This role is hands-on. You’ll work directly with our cross-functional team to take styles from development → bulk → delivery across domestic and overseas partners.

What You’ll Do

• Own the production calendar and keep all styles on track from proto to bulk delivery
• Manage vendor/factory communication, WIP tracking, and PO follow-through
• Drive sample approvals (SMS/PP/TOP) and ensure specs, fit, and quality are consistent
• Catch issues early and solve problems fast (delays, materials, construction, QC)
• Support costing and margin goals by tracking COGS and preventing surprises
• Partner closely with design, tech, and logistics to deliver clean, on-time shipments

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years experience in apparel production (brand-side preferred)
• Strong knowledge of knits + wovens, fabrications, trims, and construction
• Strong understanding of the production process and timelines
• Comfortable managing overseas production and multiple styles at once
• Organized, proactive, detail-driven, and calm under pressure
• Experience with ERP and PLM systems
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Advanced Excel skills
• High attention to detail
• A growth mindset, with openness to learn and contribute as part of a team
• Must be able to work in-office full-time
