Job Description
The ALS Provider is responsible for providing advanced life support care to patients in various settings, including occupational health clinics, homeless shelters, crisis stabilization units, and emergency response situations. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing patients' medical needs and developing comprehensive care plans
- Providing advanced medical care and treatment according to certification level
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Educating patients on their conditions and self-management strategies
- Participating in care escalation and emergency response as needed
- Performing drug testing, portable breath testing, and other occupational health services

Required Qualifications
- State EMT-B, EMT-A, Paramedic license, or Nursing license
- AHA CPR certification
- Valid state driver's license
- Ability to pass background and vehicle insurance checks
Hours & Pay
Full and part-time positions available, hours vary depending on specific job functions
Competitive compensation based on certification level, development pathway, and experience. Example ranges:
- EMT-B: $18 - $22/hour
- Paramedic: $25 - $30/hour
- RN: $26 - $30/hour
