As the Aircraft Records Analyst, you play a pivotal role in upholding Business Jet's unwavering commitment to safety, reliability, and operational excellence. Your meticulous approach ensures the accurate, compliant, and accessible management of aircraft records. Key responsibilities include: 

 The Records Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Precision Management: Oversee the meticulous organization of aircraft records, employing a keen eye for accuracy, compliance, and accessibility.
  • Historical Research: Conduct in-depth historical research when needed and compile comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Customer-Centric Queries: Responsively address employee queries for records retrieval, emphasizing a customer-focused approach to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • File Integrity Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Repair Overhaul Provider component repair files, as well as meticulous management of Life Limited Parts and Time Limits.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate seamlessly with Technicians, Quality Control, Materials, Flight Ops, and Maintenance Programs to track airframe requirements and components accurately.
  • Adaptability: Embrace additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to evolving needs, thereby contributing significantly to team success.
  • Scheduled Maintenance Coordination: Plan, schedule, and coordinate scheduled maintenance events, employing expertise in establishing timelines, charts, and tracking techniques, especially on large-scale events.
  • Work Order Management: Enter work scope details into the company work order system for seamless tracking and organizational efficiency.


 Qualifications:

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for aviation and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Education/Experience: Possess a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Aircraft Records, preferably some experience with maintenance planning.
  • Attention to Detail: An unwavering commitment to detail and data accuracy, recognizing the critical importance of precision in aviation records.
  • Aviation Expertise: Familiarity with aviation maintenance documentation and a keen understanding of the aviation industry, with a strong background in aircraft maintenance planning.
  • Maintenance Planning Background: Proven experience in aircraft maintenance planning, demonstrating the ability to optimize schedules for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Work Order System Familiarity: Proficiency in entering work scope details into company work order systems for efficient tracking.
  • Organizational Prowess: Strong organizational and communication skills to manage complex data and facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Resilience: The ability to thrive in high-stress situations, adhere to rigorous schedules, and meet complex standards.
  • Adaptability: Exceptional multitasking skills in a fast-paced production environment, coupled with a self-motivated approach to work.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of aviation regulations and compliance is advantageous, demonstrating a commitment to upholding industry standards.
  • Tech Savviness: Basic knowledge of aircraft billing and maintenance tracking software to navigate modern tools efficiently.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The ability to get a Love Field Badge
  • Valid Driver's License

WORK ENVIRONMENT 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in indoor office conditions, with occasional movement between buildings.  The noise level in the work environment is at normal office environment levels but is in close proximity to occasional aircraft noise.
