Want to give back to your community? Want to provide housing and support to a person with a developmental disability? I Innovations, Inc. is seeking individuals or couples to provide Alternative Family Living (AFL) for an individual with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities. AFL Services are provided in your home 24/7/365. A Host Home provider is an independent contractor who opens their home and heart to an adult with disabilities. No sugarcoating or glamorizing this position. It takes a lot to open up your heart & your home for these individuals. Location must be safe, well kept & subject to meeting detailed qualification process (on-going). A selected individual with disabilities will live with you and your family 24/7/365. Even though they are receiving services and care they essentially become part of your family. They will need their own separate room and other private accommodations.
This is a full time Contract position. Services are provided within the home of the contractor.
Salary $120-$133 per day or up to $4000 per month
