Summary

As a Registered Nurse at Reliant Care Management Company, you will be instrumental in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities

-        Assess and evaluate patient health status through comprehensive physical examinations.

-        Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and preferences.

-        Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

-        Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

-        Educate patients and families about health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.

-        Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.

-        Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care delivery.

-        Advocate for resident rights and ensure their dignity is maintained at all times.

Qualifications

-        Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

-        Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

-        Experience in assisted living or home care settings is preferred.

-        Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.

-        Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

-        Supervisory experience is a plus but not mandatory.

-        Understanding of resident rights and ethical considerations in healthcare.
