Oriol Health Care is in search of an experienced, motivated, detail-oriented per-dem Admissions Liaison to join their team.

As an Admissions Liaison, you will be tasked with conducting pre-admissions screenings and assessments for potential patients/residents, mainly at Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center and Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center.

This position is vital in ensuring a seamless and effective admission process for all patients. Duties involve handling referrals, verifying information, and completing necessary activities to simplify admissions for both inpatients and outpatients.

Hybrid Position: Opportunity for remote work and on-site presence.

Weekend, holiday, and vacation coverage is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Engages with customers and potential clients to promote services.
• Expands referral networks and nurtures community connections.
• Screens potential patients and maintains the targeted patient count.
• Collects medical data and confirms insurance/payment methods.
• Organizes admissions and executes strategies to boost patient count.
• Visits to hospitalized individuals allowed when feasible.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare field.
• Valid driver's license.
• 3-5 years in long-term care.
• Effective communication and writing skills.
• Marketing and sales ability.
• Computer proficiency.
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Weekend availability essential.
