Responsibilities:
Oversee the receiving of shipments, ensuring accuracy in quantities and quality of incoming products.
Maintain and update inventory records to ensure stock levels are precise and well-managed.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to track orders and resolve discrepancies.
Work closely with the retail and greenhouse teams to ensure products are properly labeled and displayed.
Keep storage areas clean, organized, and efficient for smooth operations.
Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
Utilize inventory management systems to streamline operations.
Provide administrative support to the team, including documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management, receiving, or a related administrative role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking.
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using inventory management software and spreadsheets.
A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet when needed.
Availability on weekdays and occasional weekends to support operational needs.
