Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring a high standard of care for residents in assisted living and long-term care settings.
• Supervise staff, providing leadership and support to enhance team performance.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs, focusing on memory care and dementia support.
• Ensure compliance with resident's rights and safety regulations while fostering a positive community environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to address concerns and promote well-being.

Qualifications

• Proven management and leadership skills in long-term care settings
• Experience in developing and implementing care plans
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and staff
• Knowledge of residents' rights and advocacy
• Supervisory experience in home and community care environments
• Familiarity with dementia and Alzheimer's care practices
• Understanding of budgeting and financial management in care facilities
• LNHA- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
