Administrative/ HR Credentialing Assistant
The Administrative/ HR Credentialing Assistant will perform administrative and clerical duties under minimal supervision. They will ensure effective and efficient systems and processes are utilized to achieve and improve operational outcomes.
The Administrative Assistant will compose correspondence, memos, presentations, flyers, spreadsheets and other documents as requested. Researches and gathers data from various sources and generates special projects/reports/summaries. Schedules meetings and related resources (room, AV, food, etc.) and confirms participants, prepares agenda and attachments, attends and takes minutes for meetings as directed, coordinates schedule of designated individual(s) using appropriate computer application and ensures schedule is current and accurate, coordinates meetings and schedules to ensure there are no conflicts and schedules special functions, travel arrangements as directed.
Position Responsibilities;

Answers phones, schedules appointments, files all bills and important documents

Provide assistance with the daily administrative and clerical tasks as assigned to include maintaining electronic and paper files, directories and organizational structure of the Credentialing Department.

Other duties as assigned.
Experience: One year of previous administrative/clerical related experience required. Proficient in the use of Copy Machines, Scanners, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Adobe Acrobat, Computers and Postage Machinery; Exchange Calendar; Minimum of 1-year experience working for a fast pace healthcare organization.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Special Qualifications: Must be able to work independently with the ability to multi-task. Strong organizational skills a must;
