PART-TIME: Monday-Friday: 7am-11am

 Providing administrative support to the HVP team and assisting with daily office and administrative operations.

  •  Prepares and/or composes documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, contracts, forms, financial documents, referral documentation, and other administrative documents from various media formats.
  • Answers phone calls, provides information to callers, takes messages, and transfers calls to team members.
  • Files and uploads documents, organizes and purges paper health records, and maintains the program files and file room.
  • Sorts and delivers faxes and regular mail, receives and delivers packages to the addressee.
  • Faxes, copies, and scans documents as needed.
  • Participates in team, committee, supervision, and training meetings.
  • Assists with recreational activities and event planning.
  • Ensures all information received and exchanged remains confidential at all times.
  • Interacts professionally and positively with others.
  • Monitors office supplies and coordinates purchasing of office and program supplies.
  • Maintains office areas and office equipment.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and minimum of 2 years related experience.
  • Military and/or veteran experience STRONGLY preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook. .
