Administrative Assistant Monday-Friday

Amarillo, Texas Part-time $15.00/hour

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Office Support helps manage phone calls, email and other correspondence.
  • Scheduling and coordination of all calendar events, interviews, and performing the  first interview on all staff to help organize the general manager in staffing needs.
  • Document management of all employee paper work for hiring, inventory records, forecasting sales, labor forecasting budgets all entered and review to the correct budget so the general manager can review and approve in a timely manner.
  • Monitor smallware's, cleaning supplies expenses and misc. expenses to ensure the budgets are withing reason.
  • Basic Bookkeeping of  financial task like invoices, tracking of food expenses, and gathering intel of waste on high cost food items.
  • Keeping up with training plans and training for the staff .

Key qualifications and skills

  • Proficiency in office software and google spread sheets
  • Organizational skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with diverse group's of people.
  • Attention to detail: Accurate numbers and data entry is on point. Proofreading documents and maintaining records.
  • Problem Solving: Resourceful and proactive in addressing unexpected issues and offer solutions to the GM.
  • Confidentiality: able to handle sensitive information with discretion and good judgement.
