Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks. This position requires a high level of organization, communication skills, and the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities for multiple departments.
*This role is only open to candidates currently residing within a 45 miles radius from Denver, CO at this time.
Responsibilities
- Must be organized with the ability to prioritize assigned tasks, meet or exceed deadlines and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to email, and managing incoming and outgoing mail, and packages.
- Maintain all common areas in the Denver offices to ensure smooth daily operations, ensuring that kitchens, conferences room and other shared spaces are clean, stocked and organized.
- Maintain organized filing system, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to documents.
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, making sure they are properly checked in, that their arrival is properly announced and they are comfortable while waiting for their appointment.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, adhering to company privacy policies and procedures.
- Manage electronic calendars as assigned, and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members as requested.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents, including monthly board package preparations, committee packages and all hands meeting materials. As assigned, coordinate catering arrangements, audio/visual equipment requirements and post meeting set-up/cleanup.
- Assist new employees onboarding as requested.
- Assist facilities management, order supplies for all Denver offices, managing inventory, and process expenses.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional education or training a plus.
- One year experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

- The hourly salary range for this full-time position: $20.00/hr - $27.00/hr.
