Aremco is a national residential and commercial asset management firm.  We specialize in providing several asset management services to our clients’ portfolio of default properties. The verticals of our business include default consulting services, property preservation, construction services, disaster management, and REO asset management.

Position Summary

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a rapidly growing, national company involved with managing assets and working with Clients locally and across the country. In this role, the Administrative Assistant will support the company and the internal lines of business in the office. To perform this job successfully, the individual would need to be professional, illustrate flexibility with performing different work functions and tasks, and have solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with in-office clerical support
  • Answering phones, taking messages, passing on information
  • Data entry functions as needed
  • Updating internal system notes as necessary 
  • Retrieving data as requested 
  • Handling mail  
  • Other office duties as assigned 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work well with others in an office environment 
  • Able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing 
  • Computer skills 
  • Punctual and in attendance 
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail 
  • Interpersonal skills
