ServiceX M.E.P., a distinguished provider of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services in the Atlantic region, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Baltimore MD team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to project managers, service coordinators, and department heads
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and greet visitors
  • Maintain and organize digital and paper files, records, and documentation
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, memos, and other documents
  • Assist with invoicing, timecard entry, and purchasing processes
  • Track and order office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-maintained
  • Support onboarding tasks and maintain employee training records as needed
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal staff in a professional and timely manner
  • Other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction, service, or trades industry
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude

 Wage Range: $20/hr - $27/hr 

  • Commensurate with experience. This range represents a general guideline; however, several factors are considered when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
