Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist answering incoming calls and forward them to the correct person
- Open and close the showroom Monday - Friday 9-5
- Keep inventory of office supplies and marketing materials
- Keep showroom clean and put shipments away
- Coordinate showroom cleaning and landscaping monthly
- Various data entry
- Send Warranty Paperwork out once jobs are closed
- File paperwork and customer documents as needed
- Complete misc. tasks as needed
- Assist the owner, vp, or managers as needed
