Position: Administrative Assistant


Position Summary: Support the Executive Assistant and perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operation. Duties include providing support to Vice President level executives, assisting in daily office needs and managing the company’s general office and administrative activities.

  • Assist with daily administrative responsibilities, including managing and organizing files, documents, and correspondence. 

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Handle telephone and email communications, prepare and edit written correspondence, and greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Oversee supply orders, process purchase orders, and maintain general office upkeep.

  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.

  • Manage office supplies, ensure the office is tidy and organized, prepare meeting rooms and materials, and perform general clerical duties.

  • Support the Executive Assistant with special projects and assignments by conducting basic research, gathering necessary information, and assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports.

  • Create social media content, supporting marketing initiatives and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

  • Aid in the planning and execution of team outings and events, and assist in the promotion of these events.

  • Collaborate with colleagues, promote teamwork, and demonstrate concern for clients, team members, and the company.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in the Administrative Assistant role, or a similar position with transferable skills, 2 years

Social media business content creation


Experience in the hospitality industry a plus


Proficiency in either Google Suite or MS Office


Attention to detail and problem solving skill


Excellent written and verbal communication skills
