ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Position Description:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Team!
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned NDTC offices. This position provides support to doctors and therapists, and specific duties include:
1. Answer multi-line telephone
2. Schedule appointments
3. Collect new patient information
4. Collect client co-payments
5. Provide reminder calls
6. Typing
7. Filing
8. Communicate directly with doctors, therapists, community officials, and other staff members
9. Compile reports
10. Scan and drop EMR documents into EMR charts
11. Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Education, Experience, Skills, Training:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills and at least one-year experience working in a medical office setting. Must be able to obtain Act 33, Act 34 and FBI clearances.
