Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant - 30+ hours per week
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (excel, word, power point, outlook)
General duties: answer phones and direct calls to appropriate parties, welcome guests by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or directing inquiries, data entry for reports, filing, copying and any other office requests as needed.

Compile information and prepares spreadsheets.

Attends meetings as required.

Individual must be a positive team player and have the ability to work harmoniously with staff and executives as well as work independently.

Individual must display a professional manner and exhibit diplomacy and confidentiality.

Must have the ability to compose routine reports and correspondence. Must have the ability to communicate effectively.

EXPERIENCE

At least 1 year of hands on administrative support experience in a fast paced environment.
