Administrative Assistant
Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Technical Design office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
· Advanced typing skills.
· Utilize computer software, i.e. MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
· Ability to plan and schedule work
· Good organizational skills.
· Good communication skills, including written and oral communication.
· Minimum of three (3) years preforming administrative duties or preforming work in a similar capacity.
