Job Requirements: Must possess high school diploma or equivalent education with emphasis on business related courses. Some post high school courses and seven or more years previous secretarial experience essential. Must be skilled/proficient in written and oral communications, typing, data entry, and personal computer, with some software applications. Typing and data entry skills should be an accurate 50 wpm.
Job Summary: This position is primarily responsible to provide administrative secretarial, and clerical support and assisting and/or representing the corporation in designated projects or services. The duties for this role can vary depending but typically include tasks like screening phone calls, responding to emails, running errands, scheduling appointments, arranging travel, preparing documents, and note-taking. Sometimes the assistant will also help with personal tasks like meal prep and light cleaning. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
· High School diploma / GED required (Associate degree preferred)
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
· Impeccable written and oral communication skills
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
· Five days per calendar week (Sunday-Saturday)
· Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Be available to be on-call as the schedule dictates.
