- Check filings for deficiencies, calculating filing fees as needed
- Scanning paper submissions
- Issue ID numbers to filings, update database
- Saving files to shared drive following file-naming convention, download files from the cloud, or copy from emails in outlook as required,
- Rename PDF files per file-naming convention as required, enter filings into spreadsheet accurately so they can be retrieved on demand, create folders, save files to folders, add notes to database and spreadsheet as needed.
- For deficient filings, email the submitting attorney, using a template.
- Follow up on deficiencies as needed.
