Activity director
We are looking for an energetic, results orientated team member with superior interpersonal and communication skills. A successful candidate must be a team player and lead by example in how to create and function in a team environment. This hands-on position will involve the management of the activity Dept. programs for the facility. Must demonstrate leadership and relationship building to foster cohesive teams to support all community activities, events, and outreach.
Duties Include (but are not limited to)
· Plan, organize, develop, and implement daily/weekly monthly activities
· Complete initial assessment and create program progress notes
· Chart / Document resident activities and questionnaires based upon activity plan of care
· Engage / Converse / Have Fun with residents
