Requirements:
- CCRC experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading community engagement initiatives, building partnerships and managing events.
- Experience using computers, mobile devices, and online portal-based applications.
Role:
The Community Engagement Director should embody all dimensions of wellness and inspire an engaging lifestyle that supports residents’ physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, directing, and implementing all Catalyst programming and engagement experiences for residents across Independent Living, Personal Care, and Skilled Nursing. Programming should incorporate a variety of experiences that promote holistic well-being, including—but not limited to—cultural enrichment, creative arts, technology, fitness, education, and intergenerational opportunities. The Community Engagement Director also builds and maintains relationships with community partners to expand meaningful experiences and opportunities for residents, families, and staff, strengthening the connection between the community and the broader local area.
Responsibilities:
- Daily direction and oversight of the engagement department campus-wide
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the engagement programming of the community in compliance with all Alive in All Seasons and Catalyst Program.
- Build and maintain external community partner relationships that provide experience opportunities to residents, families, and associates.
- Plan, implement and incorporate a variety of experiences that promote holistic well-being such as cultural enrichment, creative arts, technology, fitness, education, and intergenerational opportunities.
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly programming and event calendars for all resident levels of care.
