Activity Aide

The Activity Aide assists in carrying out a planned activity program for residents. The position requires knowledge of age specific developmental factors specific to adult geriatric residents. The Activity Aide will assist in activities for geriatric residents with Therapeutic, neurological, and medical needs. Must have proficient reading, writing, grammar and mathematics skills; Must have communication and decision-making skills to perform the tasks required. A minimum of three months prior nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
