Activities Aide
Four Seasons Living Center has a challenging opportunity for an Activities Aide. We are looking for an energetic, results orientated team member with superior interpersonal and communication skills. A successful candidate must be a team player and lead by example in how to create and function in a team environment. This hands-on position will involve the planning, organizing, developing, implementing the activity programs for this facility. This position is responsible for establishing and documenting of initial assessments and progress notes what will be part of the discharge planning, development, and implementation of activity plans of care and resident assessment. Must demonstrate leadership and relationship building to foster cohesive teams to support all community activities, events and outreach.
Duties Include (but are not limited to)
- Assist with dinning needs
- Respond to call lights
- Chart / Document resident activities and questionnaires
