With your creativity, compassion, and organizational skills, you will design and lead fun and meaningful activities that enrich their daily lives and foster a sense of connection and well-being.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage & Inspire: Collaborate with our Activities Director to develop a variety of stimulating activities—everything from arts and crafts to music therapy, games, and exercise programs—that cater to the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
• Bring Joy & Laughter: Lead group events and individual activities that create smiles, strengthen bonds, and encourage residents to embrace life to the fullest.
• Personalized Touch: Get to know our residents, discover their interests, and tailor activities that reflect their personalities and abilities, making every experience unique.
• Be a Team Player: Work alongside our interdisciplinary team to ensure that activities are well-integrated with residents' care plans and provide an enriching experience for everyone involved.
• Create Lasting Memories: Keep detailed records of resident participation and progress to celebrate their milestones and contribute to their care journey.

What You Bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (bonus points if you have extra training in recreational therapy or gerontology!).
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but if you’ve got the heart and creativity, we’d love to meet you!
• Exceptional communication skills and a knack for connecting with older adults, including those with physical or cognitive limitations.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility to lead activities that get everyone engaged.
• A team-focused mindset and the ability to manage your time while creating memorable moments for our residents.
