The YMCA of Collier County is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Active Recreation Leader to inspire children through sports, games, and physical activities this summer! If you’re passionate about fitness, teamwork, and youth development, this is your chance to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
Lead fun, age-appropriate games, sports, and physical activities ⚽🏀
Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence in campers 🏆
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and active environment at all times ✅
Organize and maintain sports equipment and activity areas 🏐
Track attendance, report incidents, and communicate with parents as needed
Participate in planning sessions and submit lesson plans to your Site Supervisor
Be a positive role model and create memorable experiences for children
*Position is located onsite at Parkside Elementary School*
