Acquisition Talent Recruiter
Job Summary
Talent Recruiter/HR Assistant works to optimize all aspects of the recruitment process. She will deliver recruitment support for internally to all stores, including developing innovative recruitment and sourcing plans, advertising jobs, screening applicants, and interviewing applicants. The Talent Recruiter will also engage in a full range of activities that produce a pipeline of candidates for job vacancies in advance of need and manage recruitment reporting, applicant flow, and any other recruitment-related activities and deliverables. The Talent Recruiter will take a central role in providing a broad range of recruitment services to the company in partnership with the HR Manager, with a focus on the recruitment of senior and executive level positions. Also demonstrate the commitment to the vision and mission of the company. This role will have the opportunity to promote and positively grow the company/employer brand with fresh and exciting new Recruitment ideas.
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Answering employee questions
- Creating and distributing documents
- Providing customer service to organization employees
- Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
- Setting appointments and arranging meeting
- Preparing new employee files
- Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
- Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
- Maintaining currents HR files
- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
- Assisting with exit interviews
- Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
Talent Recruiter
- Posting job openings, gathering information on new applicants, contacting references, and informing employees of their hiring status
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
- Orienting new employees to the organization
- Three (3) years' human resources experience of which include full-cycle recruiting or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented environment
- Handling the full cycle recruitment, medium to high volume. Ability to behavioral interview, formulate candidate pool of qualified candidates for upcoming openings, and success with attending career fairs.
- Social Media familiarity and understanding of advertising
- Maintaining and generate reports on a regular basis
- Creating (as needed) and maintaining tracking databases related to job openings, referrals, applicant tracking, etc.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems
Requirements Qualifications
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills with all staff levels and backgrounds
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite, including MS EXCEL and WORD
- Ability to be flexible; problem solver; self-directed; customer service-oriented; and collaborative
- Demonstrated ability to interact with management at all levels. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Excellent written and verbal communications — clear, concise, focused
- Ability to effectively prioritize in a high-pressure environment
- Solid proofreading skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of and familiarity with the digital environment and marketplace (functions, positions, candidates, etc.)
- Ability and agility to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on, team-oriented work ethic
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or extensive experience in related field
- Affinity for social media and researching individuals
