Accounts Receivable Specialist - Commercial Real Estate NNN experience a MUST

illi Commercial Real Estate Sherman Oaks, CA $22.00 to $24.00 per hour

Accounts Receivable Specialist needed for fast growing, Sherman Oaks based, well-established, property management company.

Job Duties include (but not limited to):

• Record all deposits and payments, as well as track tenant activity through their tenant ledgers.
• Process NSF payments, as well as move-ins, transfers, security deposit refunds, and tenant bill backs/reimbursements
• Charge other miscellaneous charges to tenants
• Input New Leases/Addendums/Amendments/Abstracting/Tenant Adjustments
• Produce tenant statements and/or 3-day notices when needed
• Use all reasonable means to ensure that rent is received on time in accordance with the payment terms contained within the applicable occupancy agreement

Requirements:
3 years Accounts Receivable experience in Commercial Real Estate with NNN Leases
Strong understanding of debits and credits
Appfolio experience is a plus

Full time Monday through Friday at our Sherman Oaks office.
