We are looking for talented and dedicated individuals to join our team. The foundation of our company is built on teamwork, and we are committed to providing an environment where individuals can be successful and maximize their own potential.   

Job Title: Accounts Receivable.   

Department/Group: Administrative. 

Reports to: General Manager. 

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Submit final docs to the insurance company to get remaining funds released. 

  • Follow up with insurance companies to make sure funds get released in a timely manner. 

  • Follow up with customers to see if final check has been received. 

  • Finalize all invoices before sending out to customers. 

  • Send QB links for payments. 

  • Follow up on all Collections accounts. 

  • Manage the AR Report. 

 KPI's 

  • Keep A/R Report at 30 days or less. 

  • 100% Accuracy on all outgoing bills. 

  • Submit final docs to Insurance company within 24 hours of request.
