We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments, helping maintain smooth and efficient financial operations across the company.

The Accounts Payable Clerk will have duties such as, but not limited to:
- Enter and match invoices daily
- Notify purchasing of pricing and PO discrepancies
- Track vendor statements and obtain missing information
- Monitor invoice due dates and process payments within terms
- Route invoices to the appropriate departments for approval and follow up on status
- Maintain accurate records of on-hold invoices
- Ensure open PO receipts are processed, and files are maintained
- Assist with archiving historical documents
The ideal Accounts Payable Clerk will have:
- Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience handling high volumes of invoices in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Basic accounting training or education preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and provide excellent internal customer service
