Account Executive

Our company is one of the leading providers of HR software in the country.  We have a small team of only 20 employees, however, we are growing fast.  We are NOT venture funded, and we have a great culture that rewards performance. 

We are looking for perfect candidates who excel in two areas: sales and customer service.

In this role, you will call new subscribers to our product and serve as their dedicated Account Manager.  You will answer any questions that they have on the product and help them optimize their use of our software platform.  You will also assess if they are good candidates for additional products that we offer and if they are a good fit, you will take them through the full sales cycle. 

This job will NOT require you to cold call or aggressively sell.  This is equal parts customer service and sales.  However, we do want to provide you with an incentive to sell products to customers so there is a robust, uncapped bonus plan.

While we are open to candidates of all experiences and backgrounds, our ideal candidates would have the following:

-          Excellent phone presence

-          Above average verbal and written English communication skills

-          Proficiency with technology, you can navigate the web, have basic knowledge of Microsoft office and excel.

-          High reliability and  three professional references

-           Availability to work from 7:00am to 3:30pm PDT in Palo Alto
