How you will Impact PLATFORM

The successful candidate will provide service excellence to our customers and insurance markets by servicing and maintaining the existing portfolio as well as pursuing new business. How you will be Successful

·       Act as support for Account Managers in coordination with the Producer or Account Executive

·       Own and be responsible for meeting or exceeding client expectations of Platform

·     Execute prequalification, tender or final bonds, or other documentation as requested by clients

i.     Ongoing monitoring of “Requests” general mailbox for bond requests or client inquiries;

ii.     Continuous monitoring of the Contract Bond Scheduler in Erlon, ensuring each bond/prequal status is amended in a timely matter;

iii.     Secure bond approvals from underwriters;

iv.     Adhere to Platform Policies & Procedures, Power of Attorney, Line of Authorities, or other authorities as provided by sureties or Platform;

v.     Ensure bonds are prepared and sent to clients within 24 hours of receipt;

vi.     Ensure copies of bonds or documentation are sent to insurers;

vii.     Coordinate with Account Manager to set up “Gold Seal” and other service programs, if applicable;

viii.     Coordinate with Account Manager to set up clients on e-bonding portals and upload bonds to e-bonding portals, if applicable;

ix.     Provide client access and assistance to the Platform portal(s)

·       Set up new client files in EPIC and/or Erlon

o   Ensure each Platform client is fully set up in Epic and Erlon, including full underwriting information, contact information, Producer and Service Team

Assist Account Manager in onboarding packages

·       Perform mid-term changes as requested/required by the client throughout the policy term

o   Ensure proper use of software and portal tools as available;

o     Use Surety Portals to obtain documents, where applicable

·       Ensure all activities, documents and correspondence are correct and inputted into Epic and Erlon

·       Review and invoice all annual administration fees, bond premium, or endorsements consistent with Platform’s rules and procedures

·       Provide support to the Account Management / Account Executive team by checking documents for accuracy and completeness

·      Prepare courier or mail packages for client documents

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

·      1-3 years of construction and/or real estate insurance experience preferred  

·      2+ years of RIBO licensing

·      Knowledge of Applied Systems EPIC Broker Management System is preferred

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills

·      Team orientation with strong interpersonal skills

·      Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
