Field Installation Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a Field Installation Project Manager with experience in modular or prefabricated building systems to lead projects from pre-construction through completion to return finalization work. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, solution oriented, and able to navigate the unique challenges and efficiencies of modular delivery, including inventory coordination and rapid on-site assembly.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee commercial modular construction projects from planning to completion.
• Manage personnel, schedules, and scopes with precision and efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with logistics and on-site installation crews.
• Ensure compliance and promote the company’s Core Values and safety standards.
• Oversee quality control for both off-site fabricated components and on-site assembly.
• Provide proactive communication to on-site leads and personnel and general contractors, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, with at least 2 years in modular or prefabricated construction strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of modular building systems, transportation logistics, and site integration.
• Proven track record in managing personnel and schedules.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
