This is a Wastewater Operations Manager position. The attached job description describes the role that this one will be managing.
1 position available. This is a 7 day a week facility. Weekends will be worked out with another candidate on every other weekend OR varied weekend schedule.

- Serves as Operator of record for Class water $ class 1 wastewater treatment facilities, acts as leader worker and coordinates activities of treatment plant operators in operation & Maintenace of water & wastewater treatment plants example: monitor plant Maintenace operation, assigns work duties, schedules chemical laboratory tests, develops and recommends work schedules of lower-level operators, full job description can be discussed through interview.
MINIMUM CLASS QUALIFICATIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT:
- Class 3 wastewater license required
· In order to operate a state vehicle, must show proof of valid driver’s license
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT REQUIRED TO REMAIN IN THE CLASSIFICATION AFTER
EMPLOYMENT:
All certified water & wastewater operators must meet requirements of OAC 3745-7-15 pertaining to OEPA
Director approved contact hour required to renew certification.
UNUSUAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
Requires travel; exposed to sewage & sewage odors & corrosive & caustic chemicals; works outdoors exposed
to extreme temperatures; exposed to loud noise; works in tight confined area occasionally
